EA Sports will not release a demo for FIFA 22. So if you want to play the game ahead of time, you'll have to resort to EA Play or the Ultimate Edition.
For many years, it was standard for EA SPORTS to release a demo before the release of the full version. Like in FIFA 21, the developer will not release a demo version in the upcoming game. At least that's what Netzwelt and Kicker report. Many members of the community can't understand this step of EA Sports, but still have to accept it.
So if you want to play the game before 10.01, you'll have to resort to paid alternatives. The Ultimate Edition plays an important role here, as it grants you advance access from 27.09. If you also sign up for an EA Play subscription, you can play for 10 hours on "Current Gen" and 20 hours on "Next Gen" from 22.09.
