The next Icon player pick SBC in FIFA 22 is here. This time you have the choice between three players - either the Mid or Prime Icon versions.

EA SPORTS has already released some icon content in FIFA 22. Among them were many pack SBCs, but also some icon player pick SBCs. Most recently, however, only the mid versions of the icons were available in the player picks. With the current SBC, both the mid and prime versions of the icons are available in the player pick SBC.

This increases the chance of getting good players, but at the same time brings many more players into the selection that you would rather not pack. The best options would be Ronaldo (96 OVR), Pele (98 OVR), Cruyff (94 OVR) or Gullit (93 OVR). In return, however, there are players whose both versions would be undesirable, such as Litmanen, Nakata or Barnes.
Requirements for the Mid or Prime icon player pick SBC
84 rated squad: A squad rating of at least 84 and at least 70 team chemistry
86 rated squad: At least one TOTW player, a squad rating of at least 86 and at least 65 team chemistry
87 rated squad: A squad rating of at least 87 and at least 60 team chemistry
87 rated squad: At least one TOTW player, a squad rating of at least 87 and at least 55 team chemistry
At just under 600k coins, the SBC is not cheap, but that's where the current 80+ player pick SBC comes in handy. You can use it to craft up SBC fodder, which you can in turn trade in for the Icon player pick. All you have to do is turn in a team of nine players, at least three of which must be rare, and you must achieve a team chemistry of at least 35.
