Next Wednesday (07.04.) at 7:00 pm, EA Sports will release the 28th edition of the Team of the Week (TOTW) for FIFA21 Ultimate Team (FUT). For now, we already show you who could make it into the next Team of the Week.

Every gamer who invested precious hours in the Weekend League (WL) over the weekend is eagerly anticipating the Team of the Week to pick up their hard-earned Player Picks on Thursday morning. Players can also look forward to additional FUT Champions points, Ultimate Team coins and bonus packs with players from the current TOTW also up for grabs.

We will find out Wednesday evening if EA surprises us this week with a sharp looking TOTW or if it equals last week’s rather weak Team of the Week. We will briefly introduce the three players we are looking forward to the most.

Wissam Ben Yedder (88)

The French international scored a brace after coming on as a second-half substitute in AS Monaco’s 3-0 home win over bottom side Dijon FCO. With the victory, AS Monaco secured three important points to keep up with Paris Saint-Germain and LOSC Lille in the championship race. It’s quite possible that EA Sports will reward this performance with its third Team of the Week.

Allan Saint-Maximin (85)

Another Frenchman could make it into the Team of the Week 29 thanks to his incredible performance against Burnley. Shortly after coming on as a second-half substitute, the left winger set up teammate Jacob Murphy for the important equalizer. Five minutes later, he scored the 2-1 winner after a superb assist from Jonjo Shelvey. Important points for Newcastle United to pull further away from the relegation battle.

Memphis Depay (89)

Olympique Lyon can continue to hope for the French championship title this season thanks to their star striker Memphis Depay. Depay scored his 15th and 16th goal of the season in a 3-0 home win over mid-table Angers SCO to keep Lyon in the championship race. For the Dutchman, it would be his fourth Team of the Week.
