General information on data protection
We use your personal data according to the legal data protection regulations. This means in particular that your data will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the purpose of properly processing your inquiries or comments.
Data processing through use of the website/s
The Your Sportrait website(s) automatically collect and store data in temporary log files on the web servers, which your browser transmits to enable a visit to the website and error-free display. These are:
The processing of this data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. They are stored for a maximum of 7 days as a technical precaution, after which they are automatically deleted. The Your Sportrait website(s) use SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons. An encrypted Internet connection can be recognized by the fact that a miniature padlock precedes the address line of the Internet browser or the Internet address called up begins with the prefix “https://”. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, third parties cannot read the data you transmit. Nevertheless, any data transmission using the Internet carries the risk that malicious third parties may gain access to this data by exploiting security gaps. A complete protection is unfortunately not possible due to the multitude of technical possibilities of today’s web technologies.
The processing of data by means of cookies on the Your Sportraits website(s) is only carried out on the basis of art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a GDPR. Cookies are small text files that are placed in your browser history and through which settings already made during your next visit and other changes you have made are reconstructed. They serve to make the website more user-friendly, effective and secure.
Cookies are only used if you agree to this use. The website(s) distinguishes between:
First-Party-Cookies: These cookies are generated by the website itself and can only be viewed by Your Sportrait.
Third-Party-Cookies: These cookies are generated by third parties and are mainly used for marketing relevant information. They are also viewed by third parties.
Tracking-Cookies: These cookies are used to assign and track user behaviour. They are also viewed by third parties.
The storage period of the cookies varies according to their purpose. The Your Sportraits use:
Transient Cookies: These cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. This includes in particular the session cookies. They store a so-called session ID, with which different requests of your browser can be assigned to the common session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website.
Persistent cookies: These cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period of time, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.
The processing of information by means of the cookie used by Facebook can also be prevented by not allowing cookies from third party providers or cookies from Facebook in your own browser settings.

Social Media and Social Plugins
On our websites we use so-called social plugins from the following social networks (hereinafter referred to as “social networks”):
Our homepage uses the social plugin “Like-Button” (“Like”) from Facebook. You can recognize the Social Plugin “Like-Button” on our homepage by the Facebook logo (white “f” in front of a dark blue background). An overview of the individual social plugins offered by Facebook can be found on the website https://developers.facebook.com/plugins
The “Like-button” social plugin causes your Internet browser to automatically establish a direct connection with Facebook as soon as you visit a website on our homepage in which the “Like-Button” social plugin is integrated. Facebook receives information via this connection that you have visited our homepage with your IP address. This data is transmitted to Facebook regardless of whether you have your own Facebook account or are logged in during our visit.
In addition, Facebook will assign your visit to our homepage to your own Facebook account and link the contents of our homepage with your Facebook account when you click the “Like” button. The link will cause your visit to our homepage to be visible to third parties on your Facebook profile within the scope of the “privacy settings” you have selected on Facebook.
On our site are included functions of the service Instagram. If you are logged in to your Instagram account, you can link the content of our site to your Instagram profile by clicking the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to associate your visit to our site with your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Instagram.
Functions of the TikTok service are integrated on our pages. If you are logged into your TikTok account, you can link the contents of our pages to your TikTok profile by clicking the TikTok button. This allows TikTok to assign visits to our pages to your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of or influence on the content of the transmitted data or its use by TikTok.
Processing of your data
If you are already registered with a social network while visiting our websites, the operator of this social network may be able to assign the visit to your personal account. When using social plugin functions, the information about this is transmitted directly from your browser to the corresponding social network and stored there. The same applies when you access a website of a social media operator by clicking on the corresponding icon button.
If you are not a member of a social network, it is still possible that the social networks receive and store your IP address as well as information about the browser and operating system you use after activating the social plugins. The scope and purpose of data collection as well as the processing and use of data by the social networks and information about rights and setting options for protecting your privacy can be found in the above-mentioned data protection information of the respective social network.
These social media platforms may process personal data outside the EU. We refer to the above privacy statements of the social media platforms. The respective social media platforms may be able to create user profiles from your usage behaviour and the resulting interests and actions on your part and store cookies on your computer in which your usage behaviour is stored. If you have an account on the respective social media platform and are logged in, your usage behaviour can even be stored device independent. Your user profile can be used to place ads that presumably correspond to your interests.
We process the personal data exclusively for communication with you via the social media platform you have chosen and for the optimisation of our online presence and ensure that no interests of yours are affected which outweigh this legitimate interest on our part (Art.6 para.1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR). Insofar as you have already given the respective operator of the social media platform effective consent to the corresponding data processing, the processing of your personal data will also be based on this consent (Art.6 para.2 sentence 2 lit. a GDPR).
If you are a member of a social network and wish to limit the collection of data via our websites and the merging of your user data with the data stored about you on the social network, you should log off from the social network before visiting our websites. We encourage you to use appropriate add-ons for the browser you use (e.g. so-called “Facebook Blocker”) if necessary. However, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of such solutions.
In addition to social plugins, our websites also contain simple links to Facebook, Google Plus, Instagram and Twitter. A data exchange with the mentioned social media operators only takes place when the corresponding symbol button is clicked. If you click on such an icon button, a page of the corresponding social media operator opens in a pop-up window. There you can publish information about our products according to the regulations of the social media operator.
Revocation of the consent
You can revoke any consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. The data processed up to the legal validity of the revocation remain unaffected by this.
If you are of the opinion that there are violations of data protection laws due to our use of your data, you also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority responsible for us. This is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Bavaria, which can be reached via this link: https://www.datenschutz-bayern.de/
