OTW cards have been a valued part of Ultimate Team for several years. EA SPORTS reacts to moves during the transfer period and gives promising players an OTW item. These get an upgrade through good individual performances if they make it into TOTW. In FIFA 22 team success can also lead to an upgrade due to the Wins To Watch feature.
